PMEH invites students from across the city to experience a ‘live’ rehearsal / workshop with one, two OR all of the three of the ensembles on offer. On completion of the workshops each ensemble (plus The Legacy Choir) will perform a 20 minute recital.

The Plymouth Youth Concert Band: Playing various wind band repertoire with a professional conductor. This ensemble suits the
following instrumental categories; Piccolo, Flute, Oboe, Cor Anglais, Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Bassoon. French Horn, Trombone,
Euphonium, Tuba, Bass Guitar, Trumpet, Percussion, Drum Kit.

Sound House Brass Band: Playing various brass band repertoire with a conductor. This ensemble suits the following instrumental categories; Soprano Cornet, Cornet, Flugel Horn, Tenor Horn, Baritone, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba, Percussion, Drum Kit.

The Coop Big Band: Playing Funk, Soul, Rock/Pop and Swing with a professional vocalist. This ensemble suits the following instrumental categories; saxophone, trumpet, trombone, piano, bass, guitar and drums.

The workshops will begin at 13.45 and the performances will start at 16.00. The event will finish at 17.40
